 TERMS OF SALE & HOUSE RULES

THESE REGULATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL RECEPTION AND ON THE “LA ROSIÈRE” WEBSITE. ANY CUSTOMER TAKING POSSESSION OF A ROOM IS DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED ITS OBLIGATIONS. 

 
PRESENTATION : 
The hotelier has the freedom not to receive guests whose dress is indecent or neglected, the guests with noisy or improper behavior, customers whose behavior is contrary to the right morals and public order.

 

PAYEMENT : 
Rooms prices is per day and payable in advance or at the end of the stay according to the conditions seen while booking.
Default payment will result immediate expulsion customer subject to legal proceedings for the payment of his due. In case of dispute, Commercial court will be solicited within the jurisdiction of which the hotel depends.
Accepted methods of payment : 
-    Credit cards : Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express
-    Holiday vouchers
-    Cash (euros)
Hotel owner could ask to any person staying to present an identity document for any type of payment.

 

CANCELLED CONDITIONS : (HORS CGV GROUPE)

Cancelled without fees up to 48h before the arrival date -16pm
After 48h or in case of no show the day of booking, 1st night will be due, 2 nights for stay of 5 nights and more

 

IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY : 

No refunds will be made. From even in case of early departure, the entire stay is due.

 

ROOMS :

To ensure safety rules, no additional people should be accommodated. Rooms are designed for a certain number of people :
-    Double room 1 to 2 pers. at the most
-    Triple room 1 to 3 pers. at the most
-    Quadruple room 1 to 4 pers. at the most
In case of a breach of this regulation, hotel owner reserves right to invoice fees in adequation to number of people found in excess.  Hotel debit credit card of dishonest customer.

 

ACCESS TO THE ROOMS
Rooms at disposal to our customers are checked, functional and good condition. Any occupation of the room should require the gratitude of the client of inventory and condition of furniture.
Our customers are invited to report immediately all breach at the reception desk
Rooms are available from 4pm and must be released before 11am.
In case of departure after 11am, an extra night will be overdue.
To keep the room one night more, the reception should be informed before 11am same day, availability subject.

 

PETS : 

Small pets are welcoming only in ground floors bedrooms. They are not allowed in the enclosed common areas of the establishment.
 For their well-being and tranquility of all, it is not allowed to leave animal in your room lonely during your visits.
An extra will be invoiced per animal and per nights according to our fare conditions. In case of room degradation, a 90€ rate will be in charge.

 

BREAKFAST  : 
A continental-style breakfast buffet is available from 8 to 10am and to consume on site.

 

BAR LOUNGE / SNACK :
Our bar is open from 4 to 8.30pm (summer time to 9.30pm)
Snacking according to menu available at the same time

 

RECEPTION DESK  declines all responsibility for luggage or objects deposited in public areas.décline toute responsabilité pour les bagages ou objets déposés dans les lieux publics.

 

DEGRADATION : 
In case of damage of indoor/outdoor furniture, deterioration or theft (laundry or other), the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of repair or replacement for an equal amount to the amounts committed.
We ask our customers to respect the premises as a whole. In case of damage, client will engage his civil liability. During your stay, you will be given a key allowing you free access to your room : in case of loss, damage, it will be invoiced 30€. Remember to bring it back to the reception when you leave.

 

SKULLDUGGERY : 
Skullduggery is an offense characterize by the fact to consume a good or a paid service :
-    Knowing they are unable to pay or being deliberately determined not to pay
-    While pretending to be willing to pay
Skullduggery is punished to 6 months imprisonment and amend of 7500€ in addition to the damages.

 

PROHIBITION : 

Smoke
We would like to remind you that the smoking ban is in force in all the public places since January 2 2008. It is also forbidden to smoke into the bedrooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort.
In case of non-compliance with this rule, you will have to pay the hotel-keeper a penalty of 60€.
Any more cost will be in charge (damages, penalty for fireman travelling etcetera) and you could be sued

Violence
Any violence to our visitors or personal will result in immediate expulsion and police will be informed. No refund will be done if a visitor had to leave the hotel for violence act.

Drugs, illegal substances, weapons
The fact to own (or be under the influence) of illegal substances, drugs or weapons inside the establishment will result of immediate expulsion. If you are in this situation, you must pay fees stay. We must inform competent authorities.

 

NOICE NUISANCES : 
In order to respect the rest of the other customers, please do not slam the doors or make too much noise especially between 9pm and 8am.
Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or animal under its responsibility, may lead the hotel owner to invite the guest to leave the establishment without the need to carry out acoustic measurements, if the noise generated is likely to affect the peace of mind for customers (art. R1334-30 and R1334-31 of the Public Health Code), a hotel room is a place to rest. All trade is strictly forbidden. 
All trade is strictly prohibited in order to fight against the exploitation of minors (client as accompanying person).

 

REQUEST :
After entering La Rosière Hotel and in the absence of a satisfactory answer or without reply in 60 days, customer could enter the Tourism and Travel mediator, which contact details and referral procedures are available on his website "www.mtv.travel"

 

INTERNAL REGULATIONS APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS. ANY STAY ENTAILS ACCEPTANCE OF THE SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND INTERNAL RULES OF THE HOTEL.
